Community Baby Shower

AFG’s Community Baby Shower brought together 30 expecting mothers for a day centered on celebration, support, and empowerment. Moms were welcomed into a joyful and affirming environment where they received essential baby bundles, including car seats and strollers, along with care packages filled with diapers, wipes, bottles, and bibs.  

Attendees also gained access to valuable health education resources, self-care services provided by CALM, and meaningful opportunities to connect with community support systems over lunch. By providing critical resources and fostering a strong sense of community, AFG continues to help ensure that both mothers and babies have a healthier, stronger start. The Community Baby Shower reflects AFG’s ongoing commitment to improving birth outcomes and supporting families with dignity, care, and compassion.
