About the event: First held in 1989, the Role Model Celebration is AFG’s biggest fundraising event of the year and is held annually in recognition of International Women’s Day. This premier Detroit-area event celebrates the achievements of extraordinary women in our community; alongside the accomplishments of the girls and young women we serve. The evening features both live and online auctions and is a memorable night of inspiration, impact, and celebration.
