Our Mission

Our mission is to help homeless and high-risk girls and young women avoid violence, teen pregnancy and exploitation, and help them to explore and access the support, resources and opportunities necessary to be safe, to grow strong and to make positive choices in their lives.

Every donation made to Alternatives For Girls during our year-end appeal from October 15, 2014 – January 31, 2015 will be matched dollar for dollar, thanks to a generous $200,000 matching gift from The Rush Group and the group’s CEO Andra Rush.  Your contributions during this time will be doubled for the girls and women we serve! This matching gift will support our “Securing the Future” Campaign. Please click here to learn more.
